            The Director General of the National Sports Commission  Hon. Bukola Olopade, has expressed shock with the sudden demise of the President of the Nigeria Taekwondo Federation Abdullahi Saidu.

            The DG said the death of the Taekwondo boss is a big loss not only to the Taekwondo family but the entire Sports Sector.

            ” Alhaji Saidu was an astute Sports administrator and a passionate Sports man who has contributed so much to the growth of Taekwondo in the Country”.

            ” It’s a sad day for our Sports  and Alhaji Abdullahi Saidu will be greatly missed by the Sports Commission and  our hearts are with his family at this critical time”, stressed.

            The DG further stressed that Alhaji Abdulahi Saidu has been an exemplary administrator who showed leadership in the ways he piloted the affairs of the Country’s Taekwondo and he will be greatly missed”.
