The drama between Offset and Cardi B is far from over. In a fresh twist to their ongoing divorce, Offset has now filed an amended response asking for spousal support—clearly showing he’s not ready to give up his luxury lifestyle.
According to TMZ, while he didn’t state a specific amount, the request signals that he wants Cardi to contribute financially post-split.
He also reiterated his desire for joint custody of their children, but agrees that Cardi’s home should remain the kids’ primary residence.
This marks the first major update since Cardi filed for divorce in August 2024. At the time, she defended Offset against accusations of being an absent father, even though the couple had already made headlines for their heated online exchanges.
One memorable moment saw Cardi publicly declare she wouldn’t care if Offset got hit by a truck.
Initially, both parties agreed to cover their own legal expenses, but with this new request for spousal support, the legal battle may be heading into stormier territory.
