Forward Sikiru Alimi has linked up with Nigeria Professional Football League side, Shooting Stars Sports Club of Ibadan, reports Prompt News.
Alimi became a free agent after severing ties with Libyan club, Darnes at the end of last year.
“Great to have prolific striker Sikiru Alimi in our fold as we intensify our build up to the commencement of NPFL hostilities,” the Oluyole Warriors announced on their official Twitter handle on Wednesday morning.
“Welcome to the Oluyole Warriors’ ‘Goal Machine⚽.”
The striker played for another NPFL side, Remo Stars last season, scoring nine goals.
The 26-year-old once had stint with Sunshine Stars and Lobi Stars.
