Akwa United manager, Deji Ayeni insists his side will go all out for a win against Nasarawa United on Sunday, reports Prompt News.
The two teams will clash in the Nigeria Premier Football League matchday two encounter at the New Jos Stadium.
The Promise Keepers like their hosts are still looking for their first win of the campaign.
Ayeni’s side lost 2-0 to newcomers, Bendel Insurance on the opening day and held eight-time champions, Enyimba to a 0-0 draw in midweek.
’Sunday will be another day for us to continue fighting for our first victory of the season. It won’t be an easy game,”Ayeni told the club’s media.
“It will be a tough one considering the recent results of both teams, but we are confident that we have what it takes to get a positive result against Nasarawa.”
