Nigerian gospel singer Nathaniel Bassey has arrived in Washington D.C., for his performance at Donald Trump’s inauguration.
He was one of the few Nigerians chosen to participate in events celebrating the inauguration.
Bassey will perform at the presidential Inaugural Prayer Breakfast on 20th of January, 2025.
Reverend Merrie Turner will lead the event ahead of the inauguration of President-elect Donald J. Trump and Vice President-elect JD Vance.
Prompt News reports that Nathaniel Bassey posted a video showing he arrived in the US on Sunday, 19th of January.
He shared a clip of cars moving on a highway in the United States. wrote in a caption,
“Blessed Is He that comes in the name of The LORD, DC.”
