Nasarawa State Governor Abdullahi Sule of Nasarawa State has made the first set of appointments after his inauguration for a second term in office.
The governor re-appointed Barr. Muhammad Ubandoma-Aliyu as the Secretary to the State Government (SSG).
The appointments are contained in a statement by Mohammad Iliyasu-Idde, Permanent Secretary, (PS) Cabinet Affairs and Special Services at the office of the SSG on Monday in Lafia.
According to the statement, the governor also approved the appointments of other aides in furtherance of his commitment to sustain his efforts in the implementation of policies and programmes.
The statement also added that the governor had approved the following appointments: Senior Special Assistants (SSA), Muhammad Abubakar-Muhammad, Government House, Abubakar Murtala-Mohammed – Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), Imran Jibrin – Humanitarian Affairs, Yusuf Maianguwa, Abuja Liason Office, Saphia Muhammed, Meda, and David Maiyaki, State Assembly Liaison.
Sule also approved the appointments of 17 Special Assistants (SA), saying that that all the appointments take effect immediately. (NAN).
