Napoli will not entertain any offer for Victor Osimhen during the January transfer window, according to sporting director, Mauro Meluso.
Osimhen is reportedly a subject of interest from Chelsea and Liverpool.
The 22-year-old will have a year left on his contract by next summer.
Talks over a new contract is also not progressing.
Meluso however said there is no chance the Partenopei will sell the talismanic striker or any of their key player in January.
“No, no way. Absolutely not,” Meluso said when asked about top players like Osimhen leaving in January.
“Our squad is very good and we feel relaxed. Of course we can improve it but it will discuss this topic later”. READ ALSO:
Osimhen, who is currently sidelined with a thigh injury has scored six times in eight appearances across all competitions for Napoli this season.
