Super Eagles forward, Terem Moffi has joined Ligue 1 club, OGC Nice on loan for the remainder of the campaign, reports Prompt News.
Nice have the obligation to make the move permanent at the end of the season.
The Rivera club signed the Nigerian in a package worth €30m.
Another Ligue 1 outfit, Olympic Marseille were interested in Moffi but he opted for a move to Nice.
“We are delighted that Terem’s determination to sign for OGC Nice combined with ours could lead to this conclusion. The support of our owner has also been invaluable,”the club wrote on their official website.
Moffi spent two-and-a-half season at Lorient following his arrival from Belgian Pro League outfit, KV Kortrijk in 2020.
The 23-year-old scored 35 goals in 90 games for Les Merlus including 12 this season.
