By Harry Awurumibe, Editor, Abuja Bureau

In the face of the rising cost of landed properties in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of T. Pumpy Concept Limited, Mr. Akintayo Adaralegbe has advised prospective subscribers to take advantage of the pre-launch sales promo running from March 31 to April 17, 2025, to buy a plot of land at a low price in the company’s Mega City estate in the Apo District.

He spoke on Thursday in Abuja while addressing a press conference to unveil the company’s next project to the media and his intention to sell its Mega City plots at a cheaper price during the pre-launch promo window.

Adaralegbe said the pre-launch sales promo falls on the Sallah and Easter periods for Muslim and Christian faithful, encouraging Nigerians and none citizens to make haste to buy the plots of land in the Mega City at a reduced price.

According to the CEO of T.Pumpy Concept, a top real estate developer with headquarters in Nigeria’s seat of power Abuja, the Mega City, which is located at E13, Apo Gude of Abuja City is a choice land for subscribers, adding that the Mega City is an estate bursting with amenities and meticulously designed to align with the Abuja Master Plan.

Said he: “Trust us, investing in our Mega City is a decision you’ll be proud of! We’re thrilled to announce our first-ever 17-day pre-launch promo, running from March 31st to April 17th, 2025. The promo is targeting the Eid-el-Fitr and Easter periods.

“Get ready to bridge the celebrations from Eid al-Fitr to Easter. My advice is don’t miss this incredible opportunity. These plots are limited and will go fast. Mark your calendars for the groundbreaking of our Mega City in November 2025. Let’s celebrate and build dreams together. “

T.Pumpy Managing Director/CEO, Mr. Akintayo Adaralegbe, stressing a point.

Adaralegbe revealed that Mega City is going to be the biggest of over 70 estates already built by T. Pumpy Concept in Abuja, Oyo, and Kwara states, respectively, pointing out that the estate is sitting on over 500 hectares of land and will be an example of what a modern estate should be in Abuja.

He argued that the T. Pumpy Mega City will be an estate Abuja residents will be going to see because of the amenities like artificial lake, forest, playground, shopping complex, and with its own source of power and water for residents.

On what differentiates T. Pumpy Concept from other real estate developers, the CEO said the difference is that his company’s lands always come with the Land Title, saying that “Title is the land and the Land is Title”.

Asked if the plot of land will be affordable with above infrastructure in the Mega City, Adaralegbe said with as little as N2.5 million someone can get a plot of land, stressing that prospective subscribers should obtain the form to Key into the Mega City with the sum of N20,000 only.

He explained that the prices of the plots are as follows:
500sqm goes for N5 million; 300sqm for N3.5 million, while 200sqm goes for N2.5 million only.

Meanwhile, Adaralegbe said that the groundbreaking of the Mega City in Abuja will hold in November.

The top estate firm recently announced its plan to establish a Mega City, that will boast of good road network, reliable electricity supply, Internet hub, clean environment, and other modern facilities.
