Jerome Akor was on target twice as Montpellier beat Toulouse 3-0 in their Ligue 1 clash at the Stade de la Mosson-Mondial 98.
Akor goals came in the 13th and 63rd minute respectively.
Midfielder Khalil Fayad scored the other goal for Michel Dar Zakarian’s side.
Akor, who joined Montpellier in the summer has now scored seven goals in nine league appearances for the club.
The former Flying Eagles striker is the second top scorer in the French top-flight behind Kylian Mbappe.
Montpellier sit in 10th position on the Ligue 1 table with 11 points from nine games.
The former champions will be away to holders Paris Saint-Germain in their next league game.
