The Supreme Court on Wednesday adjourned hearing in a suit filed by Kaduna, Kogi and Zamfara states against the federal government.
The suit is seeking a restraining order to stop the full implementation of the naira redesign policy of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) until February 22, according to NAN.
Prompt News reports that others states governments like Ekiti and Ogun have since approached the court to be joined in the suit.
The Naira redesign policy, Prompt News reports has brought hardships to Nigerians as the new naira notes are not readily available in commercial banks.
