Tobi Amusan finished in disappointing sixth position in the final of the women’s 100m hurdles at the 2023 World Athletics Championships in Budapest on Thursday.
Amusan also surrendered her World title in the process as 2015 champion Danielle Williams won the race in 12.43s.
She missed the chance to join American duo Gail Devers (1993 &1995) and Michelle Perry ( 2005 & 2007) as the only athletes to have won back to back Gold medal in the event
Jasmine Camacho-Quinn won Silver with a time of 12.44s for , with Keni Harrison taking the Bronze in 12.46s.
Team Nigeria will now finish the competition without a medal. READ ALSO:

Nigeria won two medals (Gold and Silver) at the last edition of the World Athletics Championships in Oregon, United States of America.
