The management of T.Pumpy Concept Limited, has appealed to its subscribers in Abuja, to clear their outstanding infrastructure fee within 21 days and get a discount.
T.Pumpy Concept, a top real estate developer, owns T.Pumpy Estates spread across the area councils in the Federal Capital Territory, FCT.
Consequently, subscribers still owing have been offered a 20 percent discount should they clear the fee between July 15th to August 6th, 2025.
Announcing the deadline on Monday, the management said this is necessary so that provision of infrastructure could be completed in all the estates.
“Let’s come together to fix and improve our estates. Together, we can create a better, serene living environment for everyone.
“Join us in making all T.Pumpy estates in Abuja a place we are proud to call home!” T.Pumpy management appealed.
