Galatasaray president Dursun Özbek has provided a positive injury update on Victor Osimhen, Prompt News reports.
The Nigeria international is currently recuperating from an arm injury.
Osimhen sustained the injury during Galatasaray’s UEFA Champions League clash with Liverpool at the Anfield last week.
The 27-year-old went under the knife on Monday.
“He’s doing very well and had a successful operation,”Özbek said via Sabah.
“We hope he can come back to play as soon as possible.”
Osimhen is expected to be out for action for around one month.
