Calvin Bassey claimed Fulham didn’t get what they deserved from Sunday’s Premier League clash with Tottenham Hotspur.
Marco Silva’s held their hosts to a 1-1 draw at the White Hart Lane.
Tottenham Hotspur had the better share of possession in the game, but Fulham created more clear cut chances.
Bassey posited that the result was an unfair one for his team.
“I think we deserved more,” he said in a post-match interview.
“Fraser Forster [Tottenham’s goalkeeper] made some incredible saves—three that could have been goals.
“We were a bit unlucky, especially with the red card when we had momentum. But on the bright side, we managed the game well and didn’t concede late, which has been an issue in past matches.”
