The Super Falcons of Nigeria will hit Yaounde Wednesday ahead of their international friendlies against the Indomitable Lionesses of Cameroon, Prompt News reports.
Head coach Justine Madugu will lead the home-based contingent comprising of goalkeepers Anderline Mgbechi and Fatima Oloko to Yaounde.
The remaining 23 players are expected to fly to the Cameroon’s capital from their respective bases.
Nigeria and Cameroon will do battle in the first friendly on Saturday..
The Super Falcons, and the Indomitable Lionesses will face-off again next week Tuesday.
Both teams are gearing up for the 2026 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations.
The Super Falcons are drawn in Group C with debutants Malawi, Zambia, and Egypt.
Cameroon, who started preparations for the friendlies last week are in Group D with Ghana, Cape Verde, and Mali.
