In honour of Vice President Namadi Sambo, who lost his immediate younger brother, Yusuf Sambo earlier in the week, the weekly Cabinet meeting has been cancelled for this Wednesday.
The Special Assistant (Media) to the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Sam Nwaobasi, announced this in a statement.
Late Yusuf Sambo, younger brother to the Vice President died in a ghastly car crash on Monday, April 27, along Bill Clinton Drive, Airport road in Abuja.
According to Nwaobasi, the cancellation will enable Ministers and other presidential aides attend the third day prayer for the deceased.
Late Yusuf, who is survived by a wife and three children, until his worked with the defunct Nigerian Airways and later with the Presidential Air Fleet before retiring.
