Tragedy Friday struck the country’s sporting family as a former Nigerian athlete and later top athletics administrator and former Edo State Sports Commissioner, Brown Ebewele was confirmed dead in Warri, Delta State.
Ebewele popularly called Jujuman was former Board Member of the Athletics Federation of Nigeria (AFN).
He served as Sports Commissioner under the administration of former Edo state Governor, Lucky Igbinedion.
The former Olympian and athletics statesman led Team Edo to the 20th National Sports Festival.
