A former Governor of Benue State, Gabriel Suswam, is billed to be arraigned Wednesday, November 4, by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).
Mr. Suswam will be arraigned before a Federal High Court sitting in Abuja, over allegations bordering on money laundering.
He was alleged to have diverted huge sums running into billions of naira as well as sold shares belonging to the Benue State when he was Governor.
The EFCC had recently grilled Mr. Suswam and his former Finance Commissioner, Omodachi Okolobia.
