Former Flying Eagles striker, Jerome Akor is ready for a new challenge at Ligue 1 club, Montpellier.
Akor linked up with Montpellier from Norwegian club, Lillestrom on Monday night.
The young striker signed a four-year contract with Lillestrom receiving €5.5m for his transfer.
The player had huge reputation in Norway and has already scored 15 goals in 15 league appearances for Lillestrom before completing the move.
Akor stated that he can’t wait to get started at his new club.
“I have a very good feeling when I arrive here. I think I have come to the right place, at the right time to take a step forward. I can’t wait to meet everyone and start this adventure,” he told the club’s website
Akor will look to make his debut for Montpelier against Le Havre this weekend. READ ALSO:
