Nigerian singer and rapper, Omoniyi Temitayo Raphael, popularly known as Zlatan has won a bet of $10,000 from Nigerian talent manager, Soso Soberekon after Spain’s victory over England in the UEFA Euro 2024 final on Sunday night.
Soso and Zlatan were captured betting $10,000 each in favour of England and Spain, respectively, in a video shared on the internet.
The singer was seen jubilating in another video after Spain defeated England 2-1 in a record setting fourth European title.
Athletic Bilbao forward, Nico Willaims put Spain two minutes into the second half before England’s substitute, Cole Palmer equalised for the three lions in the 73rd minute, but an 86th-minute goal from Mikel Oyarzabal gave Spain a deserved victory.
After the conclusion of the game, Soberekon took to his Instagram story to share a crying emoji.
