Federico Chiesa volleyed home the equaliser three minutes from time.
Substitute Eddie Nketiah netted the winning goal for Palace deep into stoppage time.
Nketiah tucked the ball away at the far post- with the goal standing after a VAR check.
Liverpool will travel to Stamford Bridge for their next game against Chelsea.
