The. Economic and Financial Crime Commission Football Club on Saturday at Bwari Township Stadium emerged winner of FCT F. A Cup vie penalty shoot out which ended 4 – 3 in favour of the crime fighters against Sporting S. FC.
Sporting S. FC , a Nationwide League One side took the game to the old timer in the FA cup competition EFCC which paid off in 29 minutes scored by Stephen Michael as the first stanza ended 1-0 in favour of Sporting FC.
The second half commenced with the Crime fighters desperately looking for an equaliser but due to defensive error, the Sporting FC through Abdulbaki Abubakar in the 74 minutes scored the second goal.
EFCC FC not deterred by the 2 goals deficit fought on using experience at 74 minutes Abubakar Bature reduced the ttally to 2 -1, just two minutes to end the match Abubakar Bature scored a brace to level up.

The digital Chairman Mohammed Mourkar ably represented by the Chairman of FCT FA Technical Committee Coach Samuel Abimbola presented the trophy to he winner EFCC FC.
Other board members present at the final were Barr. Akintade Babatunde, Coach Bassey, Ngozi Eze, Pat. Ajuma, Bartholonew David and former Flamingos head coach Bala.
