Justice Okon Abang of the Federal High Court on Monday ordered that a former Chief of Defence Staff, Air Chief Marshal Alex Badeh, be remanded in EFCC custody.
The Registrar of the Court had read out 11-count charge of money laundering preferred against him by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission.
Badeh however, pleaded not guilty to the charge, sequel to which the case has now been adjourned to March 10 for his motion for bail‎.
The former Defence Chief has been detained in EFCC custody for weeks now.
