Chippa United co-head coach Thabo September claimed Stanley Nwabali could leave the South African Premier League club this summer.
El-Ettifaq, a top Saudi Arabian club , Sky Bet Championship side, Queens Park Rangers and Kaizer Chiefs are among the clubs reportedly interested in the shot stopper.
Nwabali starred for the Super Eagles at the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations.
September can’t guarantee the 27-year-old will remain with the Chilli Boys beyond this summer.
“It’s not the right word to use, but of course I think there’s a high possibility of losing him. I don’t think it’s a fear [to lose him], that’s what the club is about,” September told SABC Sport.
The shot stopper joined Chippa United from Katsina United in 2022. READ ALSO:
