Rivers United will lock horns with Etoile Filante of Burkinaso Faso in the second qualifying round of the CAF Confederation Cup.
Stanley Eguma’s side were drawn bye in the first qualifying round, PROMPT NEWS reports.
Etoile Filante were made to work hard before securing a spot in the next stage of the competition.
The Burkinababes edged out CASA Sports of Senegal 1-1 on aggregate.
They held CASA Sports to a 1-1 draw on the road in the first leg, while the second leg ended 0-0.
Etoile Filante thus moved to the next round on away goals rule. READ ALSO:

Filante will host the first leg at their makeshift home ground AU Stade De La Paix, Bouake, Abidjan on Saturday, September 15.
The reverse fixture will take place in Port Harcourt two weeks later.
