President Muhammadu Buhari Wednesday inaugurated the Federal Executive Council (FEC) having sworn in 36 ministers.
After making his brief remarks, the President announced the portfolios of the ministers following the usual practice of appointing substantive Ministers and Ministers of State.
The President announced himself as the substantive Minister of Petroleum Resources alongside 24 others. The GMD of NNPC is the Minister of State for Petroleum Resources

6. Aisha Alhassan – (Taraba) – Women Affairs
7. Ogbonaya Onu- (Ebonyi)- Science & Technology
8. Kemi Adeosun – (Ogun) – Finance
9. Abubakar Malami – (Kebbi) – Justice
10. Barr. Adebayo Shittu – (Oyo) – Communications
11. Suleiman Adamu – (Jigawa)- Water Resources
12. Solomon Dalong – (Plateau) – Youth and Sports
13. Audu Ogbeh – (Benue) – Agriculture & Rural Dev
14. Udo Udo Udoma – (Akwa Ibom)- Budget & National Planning
15. Lai Mohammed – (Kwara) – Information & Culture
