The Federal Government may have scored a big point in its imbroglio with the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU) as the National Industrial Court (NIC) sitting in Abuja on Wednesday ordered the beleaguered members to call off the seven months strike.
Although details of the court ruling are unavailable to the media as at the time of this report.
It is also not clear if ASUU leadership will yield to the call by the court to reopen the shut university gates without the government meeting their demands.
