The embattled leader of the Islamic Movement in Nigeria (IMN), otherwise known as Shiites, Ibrahim El-Zakzaky, and his wife Zeenat, have been granted leave to seek medical attention abroad.
Justice Darius Khobo of the Kaduna State High Court granted the leave on Monday.
In his ruling, the Judge ordered that an official of Kaduna state government should accompany the Shiites leader on the medical trip.
