    Two bombs have exploded at a military camp and a French-run uranium mine in two towns in northwestern Niger, officials say. The bombers killed themselves and wounded a number of others in the attacks in the towns of Agadez and Arlit, Reuters reported.    IMF chief Christine Lagarde has arrived at a court in Paris for questioning over a payout to a controversial tycoon during her time as finance minister. She is being asked to explain her handling of a row in 2007 which resulted in some 400m euros (£342m; $516m) being paid to Bernard Tapie.   The US had revealed Awlaki’s death but had not publicly confirmed he was killed by a drone. The US attorney general has acknowledged four US citizens have been killed in drone strikes since 2011. In a letter to the Senate judiciary committee, Eric Holder defended the targeted killing of Anwar al-Awlaki. But he said Awlaki’s 16-year-old son as well as two other individuals were “not specifically targeted by the US”.   A man has been killed in a machete attack and two suspects shot and wounded by police in Woolwich, south-east London. The Met Police said a murder inquiry was being led by its Counter Terrorism Command. Prime Minister David Cameron said the UK would “never buckle” in the face of terror attacks.   Footage has emerged showing a man wielding a bloodied meat cleaver and making political statements. The Federal Capital Territory (FCT) administration is planning to build permanent Christian pilgrims camp, Minister of State,  Olajumoke Akinjide disclosed on Tuesday. She told a delegation of Nigerian Christian Pilgrim Commission (NCPC) that 1,500 Christian pilgrims would be airlifted by the FCT Administration to the Holyland to perform this year’s pilgrimage.
