    The Delta State Ministry of Health says it sealed 19 illegal private hospitals in the Delta North Senatorial District. Dr. Daniel Omodon, the Permanent Secretary in the ministry, made this known in an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria in Asaba, the state capital, on Tuesday. President Goodluck Jonathan has approved the appointment of a new Comptroller General of Immigration.  The Minister of Interior, Abba Moro, who made the announcement on Monday night gave the name of the new CGI as  Mr. David Paradang, an Assistant Comptroller General (ACG). Prior to the new appointment, Mr Paradang was ACG in charge of Coordination at the Nigeria Immigration Service headquarters, Abuja.
