The Federal Government, Tuesday, announced that the Turn-Around Maintenance of the Port-Harcourt refinery will be completed by the fourth quarter of 2013. It also disclosed that work on the Kaduna and Warri Refineries is expected to be concluded by the fourth quarter of 2014, while it said plans are on-going to link Abuja and the Northern part of the country with gas pipelines by 2015.
