Amnesty International has alleged that hundreds of Islamist sect members, Boko Haram have died in the custody of the Joint Task Force (JTF), calling on the Nigerian Government to urgently set up a panel to investigate it. Interestingly, Amnesty quoted a credible senior officer in the Nigerian Army as saying that over 950 people died in military custody between January and June this year.
