The World Health Organisation (WHO) has said  that more than 116 million people are estimated to be living with mental health conditions in Africa. The controvery over the ownership of the Obajana Cement Company took a sad twist in the early hours of Monday, as arsonists believed to be agents of the Dangote Group stormed the State House of Assembly Complex and set it on fire. President Muhammadu Buhari on Sunday expressed sadness over the boat accident in Anambra in which dozens of people were killed. The president made his feelings known in a statement by his media aide, Malam Garba Shehu, on Sunday in Abuja. The Police Command in Enugu State says its operatives have begun trailing the masked hoodlums that attacked the Inyi Police Station in Oji River Local Government Area of the state. Driver of the boat that capsized at Ogbaru in Anambra on Friday, Mr Desmond Amugo, says he had 48 passengers on board and not 85 passengers as was being reported. Amugo made the assertion on Sunday at Atani, headquarters of Ogbaru Local Government Area while briefing government officials on the circumstances that led to the accident. Nine passengers have been seen alive, while 20 corpses have been recovered so far from the accident. 10 of the corpses were recovered on Sunday.
