Gunmen, suspected to be armed kidnappers, have killed a member of staff of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) in Ebonyi. The Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA) on Monday said 19 ships conveying assorted goods were expected at Lagos ports from June 19 to 26. It listed the items expected at the port as bulk sugar frozen fish, bulk clinker, automobile gasoline and container. The NPA also stated that 19 ships were already discharging general cargo, petrol, container, base oil, bulk sugar, soya bean oil, frozen fish and bulk wheat.
