The Oyo State Health Insurance Agency (OYSHIA) says it has enrolled over 60% of targeted enrollees into the Basic Health Care Provision Fund (BHCPF) scheme. This was revealed by the Executive Secretary of Oyo State Health Insurance Agency (OYSHIA), Dr. Sola Akande, on Tuesday, in Ibadan. In addition, Dr. Akande said the Agency has reviewed upwards the number of enrollees for BHCPF, to accommodate more residents of the State. Police on Tuesday arrested 20 people, including the headmaster of the school in which 42 people, mostly children, were killed in a massacre on Friday, they said.
