Arsenal fought hard to beat Burnley 3-1, while wasteful Manchester United laboured to a 1-0 win against Luton Town.
At the Emirates Stadium 10-man Arsenal were made to work hard for their win against a resilient Burnley side.
Leandro Trossard made the breakthrough for the Gunners on the dot of 45 minutes.
Burnley got back into the game after the break through Josh Brownhill.
William Saliba and Oleksandr Zinchenko scored a goal each to help Arsenal secure maximum points in the game.

Victor Lindelof grabbed the winner on 59 minutes.
