Presidential aspirant, Sam Nda- Isaiah at the weekend formally registered as a member of the All Progressives Congress (APC), saying the opposition party is capable of solving the problems confronting the country.
Nda-Isaiah, Publisher of Leadership Newspapers, spoke in Minna, Niger State capital shortly after registration at Gofar–Dogara Mainadi in Makera ward of Chanchaga Local Government Area of the state.
According to him, only the APC could clear the mess created by the ruling Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
He also confirmed his rumoured 2015 presidential ambition but declined to speak further on it.
“It is not yet time for campaigning but all I can say is that Nigerians should expect a total change for the better. At the appointed time we shall unveil our plans”.
The publisher also spoke on his mission in politics, “What makes me come into Nigeria politics is because Nigeria needs direction we cannot continue on this path, there is need for a new direction”.
On the possible clash with former Head of State, Gen Muhammadu Buhari, he had this to say, “Gen. Buhari has always been my boss but I have not think the way you are thinking , we talk time to time, I have already told him. Buhari has not say is going to contest yet but I am going to contest.
“Like I said earlier I believed there will be enough time to address all this things but I am sure the issues are very cleared for everybody to see”.
