Jerome Akor has been named in Ligue 1 Team of the Week following his impressive performance in Montpellier’s 2-2 draw against Le Havre on Sunday.
Akor made a dream start to his career at Montpellier netting a brace on his debut for the club.
Le Havre took an early lead in the game but he the former Flying Eagles forward struck twice within two minutes after the break.
The visitors earned a share of the spoils after netting a late equaliser.

He was top scorer in the Norwegian League with 15 goals from 15 appearances before making the switch.
