Chelsea legend John Mikel Obi has once again urged his former club to sign Victor Osimhen.
PNO Sports reports that Mikel believed Osimhen will deliver the goods for the former European champions.
Chelsea are reportedly in talks with Napoli to bring the Nigeria international to the Stamford Bridge.
Mikel tasked the Blues to go all out for the striker.
“I keep saying we need a Victor Osimhen. Go and get Victor Osimhen. Please get that deal done because we need an out-and-out striker. He is a player that is going to get us goals,” he told Obi One Podcast.
“Yes, I have said it, technically maybe not the best, goal scoring, he will get us goals and that is what we need. We need a striker who will stay around the box like Haaland.
“Technically, it’s not very good. A lot of people talk about his technique but he is a killer. He gets you goals and that is what we need.”
