The Super Eagles of Nigeria will take on Benin Republic in their first game in the qualifiers for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations.
The former African champions will then travel to the Amahoro Stadium, Kigali for a matchday two fixture against Rwanda.
Both matches will be played in September 2024.
Benin Republic defeated the Super Eagles 2-1 in a 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifying fixture last month.
Nigeria and Rwanda will also clash in a World Cup qualifying tie in March 2025.
The Super Eagles will continue their AFCON 2025 qualifying campaign with a double-header against the Mediterranean Knights of Libya in October.
The Cheetahs will host Nigeria on matchday five,while the West Africans will round up their qualifying campaign with an home game against the Amavubi of Rwanda.

The top two teams in the group will qualify for the competition which will be hosted by Morocco.
