AC Milan have moved ahead in their bid to sign Samuel Chukwueze by submitting a bid for the winger.
According to Milan Eye, the Rooseneri have offered LaLiga club, Villarreal €35 to sign the Nigerian international.
Chukwueze reportedly has a €65m release clause inserted on his contract.
With one-year remaining on his contract, it remain to be whether Villarreal will reduce their asking price.
Real Madrid, Aston Villa and Newcastle United are the other clubs reportedly interested in the player.
Chukwueze has been at Villarreal since 2019.
He was part of the Yellow Submarine’s squad that won the UEFA Europa League two seasons ago.
