Super Falcons Head Coach, Randy Waldrum, earlier Tuesday took his team to the field for full training as all but three players have reported to camp ahead of the Six-Nation invitational tournament dubbed Aisha Buhari Cup starting in Lagos on Wednesday, September 15, 2021.
Those who took part in the Tuesday morning training were team captain Asisat Lamina Oshoala of FC Barcelona feminine and all three goalkeepers, Chiamaka Nnadozie of Paris FC, Yewande Balogun of California Storm and Isreal-based Toochukwu Oluehi.
Also at the training ground were veterans Rita Chikwelu, Faith Ikidi-Michael, Onome Ebi and Francisca Ordega as well as Ngozi Okobi-Okeoghene.
Others were Esther Adeboye, Monday Gift, Joy Bokiri, Glory Ogbonna, Uchenna Kalu, Mitchell Alozie, Regina Otu, Vivian lkechukwu, Goodness Onyebuchi and Opeyemi.
Coach Waldrum invited 23 players made up of 19 overseas-based players and four domestic league players for the Lagos 6-Nation Invitational football matches.
Nigeria will take on Mali tomorrow in the first of the two matches the Super Falcons will play at Mobolaji Johnson Arena Onikan, Lagos.
