            Ahmed Musa

            By: Gracious Akujobi, Calabar

Super Eagles and CSKA Moscow winger, Ahmed Musa has said that there will be no hiding place for the Flames Of Malawi when they confront the Super Eagles on Saturday at the UJ Esuene stadium.

Musa, who has scored five goals in seven appearances for the current Russian champions, told Prompt News Online that the team is prepared for the encounter against the Malawians.

“We will respond to the Malawians on the pitch, I want to transfer my club form to the national team and ensure we qualify for the World Cup in Brazil,” he added.

“Don’t worry they’ll get Russian goals from the Eagles,”

Musa, whose house was robbed last Wednesday further, stated that he remains unperturbed at the attack since no one was severely hurt in the attack.”

“I was worried about the attack but since no one was severely hurt I’m grateful to God for the gift of life”

“My mother was hurt but the injury was not too much, In any case that has not affected me in any way as we prepare for the encounter,” he added.

Musa has scored five goals in 31 appearances for the Eagles since making his debut against Madagascar in 2001 in Calabar.
