Nigeria’s Falconets have arrived in Łódź ahead of their crucial final Group F fixture against New Caledonia at the 2026 FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup in Poland, Prompt News Online reports.

Moses Aduku’s side will take on tournament debutants New Caledonia at the Stadion Miejski in Łódź on Sunday, with kick-off scheduled for 2pm Nigerian time.

The Falconets began their campaign with a 2-0 defeat to Spain before securing a goalless draw against China at the Arena Sosnowiec on Thursday.

The result against China kept Nigeria’s hopes of progressing to the knockout stage alive.

With qualification now in their hands, the Falconets know a victory over New Caledonia will guarantee their place in the next round.
