By Paul Efiong As part of its strategies to assist the less privileged in the society, a Foundation known as Back Pain Care Foundation in collaboration with the Society for Family Enhancement and Development (SOFED) on Saturday provided free medical counselling and tips to Aso Community in Nasarawa state.
Speaking at the event, the Managing Director of BPCF, Dr. Charles Ehirim encouraged all participants at the event to always visit hospital or clinic whenever they notice abnormal pains in their body, stressing that with government support, his team, intend to visit the six geo-political zones in the country particularly those ravaged by the terrorism.
In an Interview with the national coordinator of SOFED, Ambassador Chukwuma Olisa told Prompt News that his organization’s free medical counselling was aimed at providing people with up to date medical information in addition to providing them with some medical kits to pregnant women and nursing mothers.
The forum which was mostly attended by women and girls also had the Chief of Aso Village of Nassarwa, Danladi Sanya Adogon in attendance.
