Nigerian singer Ayodeji Balogun, popularly known as Wizkid, clearly loves football and the money it brings.
A photo circulating online shows that Wizkid, famous for the song “Essence,” has signed up his 7-year-old son, Zion, with Jada P, for a football academy.
In the picture, Wizkid’s son is seen with his coach, paying attention to his instructions, and this is just the start.
Prompt News reports that Zion wore a Cristiano Ronaldo number 7 jersey from the Saudi Arabian club Al-Nasr and posed with his leg on the ball like a true player.
This news follows Wizkid’s earlier interview where he expressed his deep passion for sports.
He mentioned that he was part of his school team and if he weren’t making music, he would have pursued football.
An X influencer shared a photo of Wizkid’s son, Zion, at a football academy and commented, “If Wizkid has put his son in an academy, why are you still comparing music money to football money?”
Another X influencer identified as MBAH wrote; “Wizkid dun sharply enroll him pikin for football academy, you go know say Machala dey eye football money.”
