Nottingham Forest defender, Ola Aina says the club must be consistent to earn a top four spot in the Premier League this season.
Nuno Espirito Santo’s side moved to third position on the table following a 3-0 victory over West Ham United at the City Ground on Saturday.
Aina scored Forest’s third goal of the thrilling encounter.
The Tricky Trees have lost once in nine outings this season with five wins and four draws.
The Nigeria international however believed they will need to do more to secure a UEFA Champions League spot.
“We are taking every game as it comes and we’re just working hard. That’s the formula, just work hard and take every game as it comes,” Aina told Optus Sport.
The defender also praised the goal scored by Chris Wood and Callum Hudson-Odoi.
“Wood’s on top form and he’s just got the knack for it, in front of goal everything he touches is going in, so we just have to keep finding him and hopefully he can keep scoring, Aina added.
“I think so but Hudson-Odoi won’t care. He’s another one, when he gets into positions, the team trusts him to do what he does and we’ve seen on a number of occasions when he’s on that angle he can produce and that’s what he’s done today.”
