Caykur Rizespor winger Ibrahim Olawoyin has been named as a replacement for Nathan Tella in Super Eagles’ squad for the 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers against South Africa and Benin.

Tella, 24, pulled out of the squad due to family reasons.
Olawoyin scored eight goals in 36 league appearances for Rizespor this season.
The 26-year-old was regarded as one of tbe finest wingers in the Nigeria Premier Football League before moving to Turkey three years ago.
It would be recalled that Rangers defender Kenneth Igboke was also called as a replacement for Victor Osimhen earlier this week.
The Super Eagles will keep a date with the Bafana Bafana of South Africa at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium, Uyo next week Friday. READ ALSO:

The three-time African will be guests of Squirrels of Benin at the Felix Houphouet Boigny Stadium, Abidjan three days later.
