Bafana Bafana of South Africa head coach Hugo Broos on Thursday unveiled his final 23-man squad for the upcoming 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers against Nigeria and Zimbabwe.
Broos dropped 13 players from the initial 36-man preliminary squad he released last week.
Mamelodi Sundowns duo Rowen Williams and Teboho Mokoena as well as veteran forward Percy Tau are among the regular faces in the selection.
Siyabonga Ngezana, Relebohile Mofokeng and returnee Lyle Foster are the standout new faces.
There was however no place for Evidence Makgopa, Mihlali Mayambela and Tapelo Xoki and Thabiso Monyane.
South Africa will face the Super Eagles at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium in Uyo on Friday, June 7 .
Bafana Bafana will host the Warriors at Free State Stadium in Bloemfontein on Tuesday , June 11.
